WE MAKE INTIMATION THROUGH EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGE, WHATSAPP WHEN WE DISPATCH GOODS OF CUSTOMER. IN MESSAGE WE MENTION THEIR G.R NO or C.NOTE NO. WHICH HELPS CUSTOMER IN KEEPING TRACK RECORD OF GOODS DISPATCHED.

WARRANTY POLICY:
We are having warranty on our led lights and their driver which is valid for the period of 1 year from the date of Invoice raised to the customer . If the customer sends the goods for repair with in their warranty period we accept the good and send their good or led lights back after repairing.

WARRANTY VOID:
Our warranty stands null and void in case of any physical damage done to the goods or any physical change to the product without our consent in these two cases the warranty stands null and void for our products.
